We arrived in country, Friday, July 26 and early Saturday morning immediately following breakfast and our daily devotion led by Michael Whitaker; titled "Stay on the Wall" got us off to a great start as we cleared the land to break ground and by the grace of God we did.

During the period of July 27 - August 1 (Saturday to Thursday), we cleared the land, tore down and removed pre-existing structures, cut-down trees and removed their stumps which were about 2-3 feet below ground; assembled rebar for the columns, dug 2 foot trenches for the foundation, and filled trenched with large rocks in preparation to pour concrete.

We are so grateful to God for the men and teens who joined us on this trip to help us accomplish all that we did. The trip was a success.
